Kitchen Install

The long wait is over and the kitchen installation has begun.

West Elevation - Before and After

Nearly complete on the exterior now. Just some minor details, some will have to wait for warmer weather. Still waiting on the porthole window for the front door. Can't wait to do some landscaping in the Spring!

Time Lapse - Northeast Elevation

This is how the house looked before we started.

Here is the beginning of the new septic system. Also getting ready to remove the patio roof to make way for the new kitchen addition.

Septic is complete, footers for new foundation are being poured. Walls have been opened between what will be the new Kitchen and the Dining and Living rooms.

Garage and Master Suite are mostly framed.

Geothermal wells have been completed and yard is put back together - again. Ready to begin Kitchen framing.

Kitchen and Porch are framed and windows are beginning to be replaced.

Windows are in and stucco has begun.

Exterior is nearing completion. Porch screening will have to wait until 2014. Work on the inside will proceed through the winter.

More Stucco

Some exterior shots from today. Stucco is complete on the new areas and proceeding on the old areas. The dark grey patches are a skim coat with fiberglass mesh.
